CHILD RATE:
1) Child aged 3 years old and above considered as adults, and full adult rate will be applied.

SINGLE TRAVELLER:
1) Single traveller rate is not available.
MINIMUM PAX:
1) Minimum 2 person to go. (1st March – 31st Dec 2025 EXCEPT for the month of July & August).
2) Minimum of 4 person to go for bookings from July to August 2025.
PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE:
1) There will be a surcharge of MYR300 per person per night for July and August 2025.
REMARKS:
1) Tour is based on Join-in Basis and subject to weather conditions.
2) Pick-up times vary depending on individual pick-up location and traffic condition.
3) Private tour and private charter options are available upon request.
4) Your flight in to Sandakan should arrive not later than 8 am on Day 1. Flights out of Sandakan should depart after 2 pm.
5) There are no ATMs in Sukau area, so we recommend withdrawing cash from an ATM in Sandakan city before tour departure.
6) Federal Tourism and Culture Ministry of Malaysia has imposed a Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTX) effective from September 2017. Foreign tourists are required to pay a flat rate of MYR 10 per room per night regardless of hotel star level. The tax will be collected from every check-in guest directly at the resort which is not included in the package.
7) All rate are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia & Nett (No hidden cost unless otherwise stated).
8) All passports and visas must be valid at least 06 months from the date of entry into the country destination.

After commencement of tour service there will be no refund in part or full, will be made for unused service/activity.
Full passport/IC number, name, nationality, gender, confirmed flight details and pick up point are required.
Guests are advised to inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, however we cannot guarantee that all preferences can be met.
As wildlife animals roam freely in their natural habitat, sightings are not guaranteed.
Tour activities are subject to weather conditions, and may be re-organised to best meet operational situations.
The safe keeping of your personal belongings are at your own responsibility.
We strongly recommend that all guests take up adequate travel insurance that covers accident, loss caused by cancellations, loss of baggage, personal property, medical expenses, medical evacuation and weather disruption that caused any acitivity cancellations.
Borneo Calling shall be relieved of all its obligation and liabilities in the event and to the extent of its performance of this agreement is delay or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control, including without limiting to, act of God, change of laws, war, riot, strikes civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, essential construction, to the property, epidemics as confirmed by the government of Malaysia or/and act of terrorism.
Payment Policy:
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment must be completed within 7 days of booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be settled in full no later than 60 days before the check-in date.
For bookings made less than 60 days before check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the check-in date are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the balance payment is not made by the due date, the booking will be released.
